Cydia was crashing for most everyone a few days ago depending on when you last installed something. Do a search or check the Cydia forum. I would try the SSH and deleting file method before I restore. If you click my name find all posts by me. You'll see a thread where it talks about this.

1) SSH and go to /private/var/lib/apt/lists ( you will find various files and folders )
2) Remove all, BUT MAKE SURE YOU DONT DELETE THE FOLDER CALLED ”partial”
3) Load Cydia
