Hi guys my name is connor and i am extremely new to this. i find this fascinating... and i cant see how yall do this stuff and i am extremely interested in learning! today i was able to get ssh to work but i cant do much with it because i have no idea what im doing. haha well i figured i should start out simple. something easy... change the boot logos. i have a file with a boot and recovery mode logo that i downloaded off of this site. now how do i apply it to my iphone?

First off, welcome to the site. Second, the only way you could do it on 3.0 is by using Pwnage on Mac to do it. The app that was used before without restoring hasnt been updated for 3.0 yet...

oh and i got one more question... i got a nice dialer downloaded (also from this site). i copied it to apps>mobilenots.app and got nothing. whatd i do wrong?

If you don't have a Folders folder, make one and stick it in there and your good to go. Respring of coarse.

yeah i did that and resprung after selecting it in winterboard and it did absolutely nothing...

ok, you have these files for the dialer that you want to make work, drag those files into the red one
