iPhone doesn't show up in My Computer...

I'm running Windows 7 32-bit. The iPhone shows up in iTunes and I can sync it perfectly. Why isn't it showing up in My Computer? I want to take out my pictures. Thanks for any help.

That happened to me, too. Its just the drivers not installing properly. Just plug it in/out a couple of times with itunes running and not running until you get the "Installing device drivers... ect" notification in windows.
