control my phone

Hi all, just the other day i remembered that i had an old iphone 4 gig lying around my house. Being a bit of a nerd i thought i would get it out and try to fix it. What the problem is, is that the lower half of the screen doesn't work. I know that its a screen problem and it needs a new one. But i have been reading around specific forums and people saying that you can "kinda" sort it with a little software mod making the screen more touch sensitive. My only problem is i am stuck at this screen



i have restored the phone hoping it would load straight to the main home screen where i could get to cydia, but no luck does anyone know if i could control the phone while plugged into a mac.. or windows machine? i just need to 'slide to unlock'

if anyone can help would be great.

i think u can control it and get into the system by using DiskAid on windows

thanks i will take a look at that i am looking to try and install quickunlock into the ispw before i upload it to the phone but i t doesn't seem to be on the mmi source
