How do you buy stuff from cydia?

What do you use?
I know you have to have a credit card, but do you have to like set up some sort of account on cydia? If so how do I do it, and where do I do it? Could someone please respond to this.

^ Yea you can deposit a few bucks in your paypal to pay for the apps as needed

You only need a bank account to open a paypal account.

Ok so I guess when I try to purchase something in cydia I sign in with google??
And when I sign in with google do I use my paypal account email and password??

if your paypal and gmail are the same address then yes

Paypal is separate from ANYTHING else. Never give your paypal account info to ANYONE under ANY circumstance. No matter what they say... NEVER... did I say NEVER loud enough? It might happen to be the same addy, but should never be the same password. Paypal password should be something only you know and not anything used elsewhere.

Then would we have to make a face book account under the same account info?

Then how do I sign in?

Oh wait I'm going through the authentication process in cydia
Can I use a gmail that is different from the paypal to sign in with google?
I am guessing it will send me some kind of email?

Could someone please reply??

I am pretty sure it can be a different email. It just needs to be a gmail address

Ok I think I have it. I was just afraid to try it. I wanted to be sure. But It took be to a page where I could sign into my paypal. As soon as I can I'm gonna get the i'Elegance theme. Although I do think it is silly to pay for a theme I oh it to bars.

^ Its really a cool system. Cydia will remember your login info too. All you have to do is enter your paypal info before you buy everytime

Yeah I saw that. It looks really nice. I have never really done anything like this before, but this seems pretty legit.

I'm having a weird issue with this. I created a paypal account this am and put money in it. I can see the money through the web and the paypal app. But when I go to buy a app through Cydia, my paypal account says I do not have enough funds and should link a CC. When I check the web, there are plenty of funds there.

Any suggestions?
