Pandora Controls - Now Music Controls??
What gives? the developer of this app just decides to push an update willy nilly and kill all previous owners of the Pandora Controls app and now you are forced to pay for it, now called Music Controls?
I have no problem with a dev charging for an app when its good but to just pull the ole switcheroo and kill my prior functionality with an update and without advising I'll have to pay 5 bucks to me is arrogant and is total disregard for the patrons. I might get ripped for this post but I think there should have been prior notification and I also think $5 bucks is steep for the functionality that can't be obtained via backgrounder.
Guess I'll just use backgrounder but wanted to vent about the situation, I suppose I should remember this isnt the app store where, if it was once free and you got it then it remains free. Again I wouldn't mind charging if it wasn't done so underhanded via a cydia update and killed my previous app.

Hi SB - All my settings were greyed out when I updated the music controls and when I quit Pandora it just closed the application so I assume it no longer works. Anyone else notice the same?

My pandora controls still worked fine after the update. I did pay shortly after because I wanted the controls on the status bar

Well now I feel dumb I guess if no one else is experiencing this I'll have to uninstall and re-install see if that works.
