I backup my phone on iTunes, and now it go weird I restarted phone and now it wont fully boot only makes it to the apple loading screen then it turns itself off.
How to I get it past this point?

I got iphone 3G
and 3.0

Try doing a hard reset (holding power and home button until it reboots) or put in DFU mode and restore.

If a hard reset doesn't work restore. Force into recovery mode by holding down power + home for about 20 seconds until you see the iTunes logo... then hit restore.
