    Default GPS on the iPhone 3G

    Hello,
    I am about to purchase an 16gb iPhone 3G, I was wondering if the GPS on the iPhone will work without wifi or 3G. The I plan on unlocking my phone and using a pay as you go sim card and want to be able to use the gps without wifi.

    Yes there is one that you don't need wifi. it call G Map U.S. it also has voice guide for $35.00. I like it a lot. or wait for TomTom
