Mic not working

This is definately a software problem.
The mic doesn't work for normal calls, but as soon as I turn on the speaker it works.
The voice memo app also works fine. This happened very shortly after the pwnage 3.0 jailbreak.
I've tried restoring and re-jailbreaking, no dice. Even tried redsn0w, still doesn't work. Can anybody help?

When someone has a problem and they tell me what it is instead of asking what it is, then there's no help needed and I simply don't. Glad you figured it out.

Figuring out its a software prob wasn't difficult, fixing certainly is.
So, whats causing it? How do I fix it? Its really irritating the crap outta me, so please help
