My Iphone is not starting ... plzzzz help

I have an Iphone 2g V3.0 and when i press the sleep/wake button the apple logo appears and a loading icon under it and it won't stop loading.
I can't connect it to my computer and i can't set it to recovery mode or restore, i can't do anything !!!!
I really need your help, what can i do ???

If it powers on it will go into recovery mode. Hold power and home for about 25 seconds until you see the iTunes logo. Then Restore.

I had this problem, I put it on charge for about 10 minutes, tried it again and it worked.
