    Default Unexplained Crashing

    I am not sure just what is happening, but here recently whenever I take my Iphone off the dock, a popup opens up and says Windows Explorer has stopped working and either restart explorer or send info to Microsoft. Anyone ever hear of this happening and if so, how in the world do I fix. Thanks
