Syncing Question

there are some new applications in my iphone but it was installed and sync on my friends computer. i want to add some new music files but im scared that i might lose these nice applications. my question is if i sync music alone on my itunes, will it also affect the applications? sorry bout this because im a newbie bout this things. help would be highly appreciated. thanks guys.

I believe you will be fine. Just sync and if you have a problem, go back to your buddy.
