hi guys i have a problem with my iphone since a few days ago it wont syn., itunes dont recognize my iphone, but my computer does (says its a camara).and when i open itunes it freezes until i disconnect the iphone from the PC.\

i already tried all methods reinstalled itunes, updated and fix the drivers on my computer.went to itunes help and that didnt help (basically everything). I know is the iphone because i have tried in 3 computers so far and is the same (one thing i notice is that the iphone dont say anything about sync when i conect so probably is the phone.
(also my wifes iphones is sync with no problem in all 3 so its just mine)


system is PCs (windows XP and vista with last updates), last version of Itunes, Iphone JB with firmware 3.0

NOTE: if you advice to restore the iphone, pls tell me how because the itunes dont recognize the phone so im stuck

Force into recovery mode by holding home and power for about 20 seconds until you see the iTunes logo. Then plug it in and restore.

Sounds like a restore is the answer to your problem.
