    Default Syncing to Multiple iTunes??

Not sure it this is the right category for this question. I have searched around and it seems fairly easy, but theres one problem...my pc that i was originally synch'd to crashed and theres no way to tweak with the tags(which is what I found online) of the original pc.

Seems like the only way to sync multiple ITunes is to have the original ITunes that u were sync'd to. Is there anyway to bypass this process or go another route?

Jailbroken & Unlocked on 2.2.1 on T-mobile with iTunes 8.1

    Thanks guys

You can get the files off of your phone with programs like SharePod or MediaMonkey.
Copy them to your new PC then you can sync.

No, those programs are for media content only (music, video, playlist, etc...)
