If I am correct, to download themes directly from the site, one first needs summerboard...my problem is, I can not seem to find this program anywhere, and I am a 3Gs user, is it not out yet for 3Gs?

Haha, Summerboard was outdated 4 firmware versions ago

You need to install Winterboard from Cydia. Its totally like.....the new summerboard.
