My Vista SP1 wont transfer pics that have already been synced (hurrah!), but Vista keeps importing videos taken with my 3GS, that have already been transferred.

this doesn't happen in iPhoto on my Mac, but i like to keep a backup of pics etc in Vista too, so it would be nice if it wouldn't keep importin the same vids over and over again.

help?!
