iPhone Password lock?

Has anyone seen this before? was just looking around the iphone business website, never realized you could have a password instead of a passcode. Any idea how to activate it?

Pretty sure that's for the Kraft site which apparently requires a password.

The only true way to get password lock would be to get 'Lockdown' from Cydia assuming it still works on 3.0.

i was able to set a password rather than a passlock the first time i put my company's account on my iphone and it prompted me to create one. i am unable to change it from a passcode to a password after i've already set it as a passcode

Company account as in exchange? That might be a possible reason why, more security.

Yea that is correct that IRS an exchange account. Sorry for not being more specific. I believe that's what the video is showing
