When I get phone call it rings and than phone locks out and ringtone still ringing...

I have 3GS, everytime there's incoming calls my screen lights up with pic or etc and than after few second it locks up but ringtone still ringing so I have to push Home button and than Slide to Answer. Does anyone else have this issue??

I'm just going to restore it start all over again...now I got different problem...my icons and everything on my screen is so big that I can only view parts of screen this happened after I installed Window 7 Fantasy theme.
