Downloading Music of My iPhone

So my hard drive crashed, lost all my music and now I want to pull the music off my iPhone back onto my computer. How can I do this? I know someone out there is smarter than me and can help.

Well thats no fun, I was hoping to not jailbreak it, because its not really my phone, but a clients phone who doesnt want to jailbreak. I only used my in the situation to make the story simple.
