skype, mics, and speakers, how do you get sound from just the iPod?

I tried to ask the saurik, but he just ignored it.
on ebay, they are selling these cool little miny mics.

Now obviously with any mic (that has headphones) will output sound to just the headphones, while the iPod's speaker is disabled. with these mic's you can only record. but they are really great because you can use skype and talk to people as if your iPod is an iPhone.

So all I really want to know is, how the hell do you enable the internal speaker even though you have something hooked into the headphone jack? I'm guessing we would just have to edit the info.plst for sound or something, but I don't have any clue how to do this.

if the mic works in the ipod like that why not just use earphones with a mic?
