Battery Life Changing?

Anyone else having their battery charge itself?? Lol.....

About 20 minutes ago I looked at my phone and it said 40% Battery life left at the top right

Now it says 42%...

It's a 3GS 16GB

Anyone else having the same situation? I know the battery life is estimated, maybe it's just noticing that it's the wrong amount and fixes itself. hah.

Is there a possibility it might have overheated one time or another? Last week, I accidentally had my iPhone overheated a whole day, and now the battery uses 20% of the juice after about 15-20 minutes of usage.

i have the same problem so i could be overheat... any fix for that?

Not that I know of. I have to still live with it. Maybe if you know how to open iPhones, you can replace the battery.
