Screen won't start... (rebooting without using the lock button, since its broken..?)

Hello there, my screen won't start at my iPhone 2g, ive heard that a simple reboot should do the trick. Unfortunately my lock button is broken.
If i restore i have to jailbreak and unlock to use it, but i can't jailreak since the lock button is broken...

So, is there a way to reboot my iphone through the computer? Im on windows vista by the way. Thanks.

You can download mQuickDo off of Cydia which adds virtual home and power buttons.

How would i do that without starting the screen...?
