There is a known fix typically for this type of problem.
If you are using any cracked apps, specifically BeeJive this will cause this problem.
I suggest if that is the case you do the following.
    1: delete app from phone.
    2: delete app from iTunes
3: reboot phone and sync phone in iTunes
    4: stop using cracked apps

Yea has nothing to do with cracked apps the cause is when you are downloading an app over 3g and you lose signal on edge and 3g that it just freezes and you cant do anything about it.

I was only stating fact my friend, there have been so many people that have had similar problems and have also read this on many forums. I have done my homework.
If that is indeed the case that you are not using any of them I say kudos to you.
I did not point a finger if you read my post again I said "if" you are using them.

Okay, to remove it, ssh into your phone (or use iFile, etc) and go to /var/mobile/Media/ and its in one of those folders, i beleive something like ApplicationArchives. Then just respring your phone.
