SMS All Mixed Up.......Any Ideas??

Hi All

I have a small problem, When I recieve SMS's for some reason it jumbles them up (not all the time) & also attaches Images/Business cards that i'd recieved previous.

Any ideas whats causing this, i've tried restarting etc, but no joy. I have attached some screenshots to try & explain whats happening, I actually replied 'Yeah it was good, how about you?' but as you can see it says 'Check your Goalie etc...' which is a text I recived & since deleted about 3 days ago???
