    Go into Cydia>Search>'OpenSSH'...?

Pretty self-explanatory, want to explain your question a bit more?

Ohhhh... It's not a GUI-based program, meaning no icon. Just get your IP address from the phone and SSH as you normally would and it will work.

If you're new to SSH and need a guide I suggest searching it on here or using the MMi Wiki guide.

You can enable/disable SSH in SBSettings.
Until the next time… And if I help you out, give me a "Thanks!" Thanks!

In order to use SSH you have to also have a program installed on your computer. You are on Windows so look for Winscp. If you are connecting via USB cable your address is 127.0.0.1 and the password is alpine

Just be sure SSH is turned on in your phone before running Winscp. Like a previous poster said...you can check it inside of SBsettings(which I am just going to assume you have on your phone lol).
