How do you install open ssh on iphone 3g firmware 3.00???

Go into Cydia>Search>'OpenSSH'...?

Ohhhh... It's not a GUI-based program, meaning no icon. Just get your IP address from the phone and SSH as you normally would and it will work.
If you're new to SSH and need a guide I suggest searching it on here or using the MMi Wiki guide.Respect your elders.

You can enable/disable SSH in SBSettings.

In order to use SSH you have to also have a program installed on your computer. You are on Windows so look for Winscp. If you are connecting via USB cable your address is 127.0.0.1 and the password is alpine
Just be sure SSH is turned on in your phone before running Winscp. Like a previous poster said...you can check it inside of SBsettings(which I am just going to assume you have on your phone lol).
