Default Restoring an unlocked and jailbroken iPhone 2G

Hello, well, I've been reading some guides here but I decided to post because I'm still pretty unsure. I've got an unlocked and jailbroken iPhone, I don't know which method has been used to unlock and jailbreak it (I did not do it), but I'm having some problems with it and I would like to know if my iPhone can be restored. Please answer. Thank you very much.

Sure, you can restore in iTunes and then jailbreak and unlock again no problem.
Here is a link, has a tree menu you follow and then click on what applies to you. Good Luck.

thank you very much for your answer, blkcadi! A few more things I would like to clarify before doing it:

1.No problem if I got iPhone OS 3.0 and I restore it?

2.To restore it, should I just click on restore when I'm running iTunes? I mean, just like that?

3.What's gonna happen after I restore my phone? Is it gonna be inmediatly useless until I unlock it?

    Thank you very much.
