Itunes 8.2 removing my apps

Hello all. I recently upgraded to Itunes 8.2 and FW 3.0. Now when I try to sync my iphone 3g Itunes removes all of my apps on my phone. But when I go to install them again in the Appstore, Apple tries to makes me accept a new agreement that you can only download applications once. Ive already paid for several of the applications that Itunes removed and dont want to pay for it again. Has anyone else had this problem?

Try to download them through iTunes instead of from the phone. iTunes doesn't delete apps so I dunno what you did.
