WiFi problems on 3G on 3.0

Hey Everyone,

Is anyone else having trouble with the iPhone 3G connecting to the wifi signal? My laptop is right next to my iPhone and gets full signal yet the iPhone can't even find the network. I don't remember this happening on 2.2.1. Any ideas?

Just take your phone to the genius bar at your local applestore. They will try restoring it (which probably won't work, at least not for me). After the wifi still doesn't work, they will give you a brand new iphone (same model as what you have)

Be sure that you restore (unjailbreak) your iphone BEFORE taking it in!

If I recall correctly, they were able call up my info without any receipt/documents brought in. But if you have it, by all means, take it with ya.

I'm pretty sure they can just get the info they need from your phone's serial number (or whatever it is)
