Restore Camera Roll from itunes backup...

I had a few issues with the 3.0 jailbreak process and ended up having to set myphone up as a new phone. I obviously wasn't thinking ahead and now I've lost all of the photos in my camera roll. I'm sure they're on an itunes backup but I don't know how to get just those, or if it's even possible.

Can anybody help me, or let me know if it's even possible....

In iTunes right click on your phone's name. Hit "Restore from Backup". It should give you a list of restores that you have saved.

I was hoping to be able to just get the pics. I don't want the settings restored because I think that's where some of my problems were that caused me to have to re-jailbreak in the first place....

why not "restore from backup", get all your pictures, and THEN do a clean restore
