iPhone 3GS 3.0 icon problem?

I'm having trouble with app icons since upgrading to a 3GS running 3.0. I could find no similar problem through a Google search.

As you can see in the screenshot below, some app icons are dim, and have the wrong icon!

For example, the app "CommBank" has the icon from Logten Mobile. If I click the icon, the Commbank app comes up and works fine. The real Logten app has the correct icon and also works fine.

One of the icons which is incorrect, is not dim (its not in the picture below).

Any ideas?

two of my 3gs did this today....on one phone, names are wrong for the apps and some are just white boxes, on the other just name swapping.....trying to restore on the one without white boxes now....
