    Default Is there an application for keeping apps running after you minimize them, Fring,

    Pandora, etc.

    Go to Cydia and download Backgrounder.

    Btw, Backgrounder doesn't support all of its features in 3.0. It will minimize the applications though (until the RAM/memory is needed by something else). Also, not all apps support begin minimized, and relaunch when you select them again.
