iphone 3g help with backing up etc please

i have an iphone on 2.2 unlocked

i want to restor to 3.0 firmware and i want to use ultrasn0w

i want to still have all my apps , texts , contacts etc, i want to get them backed up,restore , jailbreak, unlock etc, how should i go about this

Back up your phone in iTunes. Then after you jailbreak and unlock you simply sync with iTunes from your back up and all will be recovered.
Any jailbroken apps and tweaks will be removed if you are now jailbroken. You should make a list then and re-install them.
