3.0 vs 2.X landscape keyboard

when i first updated to 3.0 the first thing i did was text sideways, i noticed the keyboard look kinda funny to me do i got my iphone 2g (which is still on 2.2.1) and open safari and rotated it.. it is slightly different and i think i like the old way better.. and thoughts? (see attached)


and emoji got improved also..

they just made it bolder and more defined around the buttons. they've not actually changed space. although the buttons are a few mill thinner.

The original keyboard was way better. I know this cos I have done extensive and exhaustive research on both versions, and the original achieved 77.5% in my useability test compare to 77.5% for the original. Oh, wait....
