    Default iPhone recovery question

    heres my questions. I got a new iPhone a 16g to replace my 8gb. I had some notes on my old phone that I needed I did back it up before I erased all my info out of it. How can I get those notes? is there a folder in iTunes I can go into? or can I tranfer them to my new iPhone?

    jsut sync with itunes the notes should come with it along with txts and what have you
