Need help with video on my iphone.........

Being the lunkhead that I am, I cannot figure out how to get video clips on my iphone.
Where do they get stored??
I downloaded daniusoft converter but I'm puzzled as to where the files get stored and how to get them sync'd to the phone .
Thanks for your help.

Any tutorials ?

Well if you are using Vista the converted files will be stored in Programs files under the folder of the installed software. There is a case when the converted files are stored in Videos (Under your Username).
In order to sync converted videos you need to import then in iTunes first, then after connecting iPhone check the Videos under the Movies Tab in iTunes and then Sync

Unless of course you're using something other than iTunes to sync... make sure they're in m4v format and its dimensions have a width of less than 480.

o.k.......So i guess I was on the right track because I got them into the I movies folder and found the movies syn button ,checked it and then sync'd.
So where are they?
In my ipod movies ?........cuz they ain't!
