iPhone "buzz" gotten worse...(?)

So I just used Pwnage 3 to upgrade my 2G to 3.0. It unlocked and is jailbroken. So far I have installed "Category" and "TMobile Carrier Logo" from Cydia.

Last night with the iPhone on the nightstand next to me, as usual, I heard an unusual and almost constant buzzing all night. It seems to be much worse than normal. Usually if I go to bed with a freshly charged battery, it looks the same in the AM. This AM (after just 4 hrs of sleep) the battery icon was down 50%. (When I first noticed this last night I turned off location services cuz I heard that uses up the battery. Still no help.)

Any advice/ideas on why this might be happening or how to counter it?

If you find any help let me know before this weekend. Thats when I will downgrade mine to 2.2.1.F
