Hmm.. seems it's quite slow to charge the iPhone with my computer thru the USB. My battery was under 10% and i have been charging it for 4 hours now

    Hmm.. seems it's quite slow to charge the iPhone with my computer thru the USB.

    My battery was under 10% and i have been charging it for 4 hours now tru my MBP and it's still not full yet. Is that normal?

    Try your wall plug thingie and if it does the same thing i would try and get apple to replace the battery.

    Thanks, i will drain the phone again and try using the wall plug to charge next time.

    Will report back here after this.

    if you are using USB thru a hub, it may not have enough power to charge at a good rate... plug directly into a usb port with no hub which will give it more juice to the phone. If that doesnt help you then go to the wall charger.

    Exactly. Also, if you are using a laptop, the same will take place even with a direct connection because, in order to save power, they often are locked to a certain level of power.

    oh no.. now i realize that the first time i charge my phone i went thru the hub (but with wall charger)..

    Hmm... hopefully the battary will last me long enough until the "3G" comes out..hahah

    Tried with wall plug, the recharge seems to be ok, from 10% to 70% approx an hour..

    Look for a plug symbol in the small battery in upper right.

    Also, sometimes my battery will show red after charging for a while. I have to turn my phone off then back on for the charging battery icons to refresh.
