If this just occurred, then it seems as though it is a software issue not hardware.
Try doing a hard reset by holding both the home and power buttons and letting it reboot. If that doesn't work.
My suggestion would be that you do a restore and re-jailbreak and see if that will cure the problem.
Make sure you set it up as a new phone, to avoid any corrupted file that may be there.
