Default How to back up apps to a freshly formatted computer?

So I recently formatted my computer and I'm just getting iTunes and everything else installed. Is there a way to back up (transfer?) apps from my phone to my computer?

What about apps that I have downloaded previously but aren't currently on my phone? Any way to get a list of those without just remembering?

What apps you are talking about? Cydia apps or Appstore apps. If you are talking about appStore apps then go to your Purchase history under your Accounts tab and there you can see all the apps u have downloaded, free or paid.

If you are talking about Cydia, there is an app called AptBackup which will backup your Cydia apps.
