Default do lost phones get blocked? and is there a workaround for this?

    Hi all

recently i received a replacement iphone3g for a handset that i lost, however i have now found the origional iphone3g and was wondering if it is still useable? i reported the phone as lost to o2 but have not turned the phone on since finding it so not sure if it has been blocked or anything. Do they block phones? and if so is there any way of unlocking it again

    Thanks
    danny

couldn't you just unlock it and use it on tmobile or whoever else competes with the provider you got the phone from.

It's a good idea prevents people from "losing" their phones to get a new one..
