iphone sync problem =/

my iPhone doesn't synchronize music, photos or apps with iTunes. when i connect it to the pc iTunes opens, then backups the data and... says that syncing is done.
i just updated from 2.1 to 3.0 hoping that it would solve the problem, but nah, it's still the same.
Also tried to reinstall iTunes. No luck as well.

Is your music, photos, and applications tab have something checked in it in iTunes?

Simple, but maybe overlooked?

nah, i tried it =)
the solution was quite simple - unistall iTunes and manually delete all(!) its files. and then install again. and that's it =)
