Tried looking in library>ringtones, and only the stock ringers are in there...I just reformatted my computer and I'm trying to back them up by transferring them from my iPhone to my PC via SSH...any ideas?

Custom ringtones are located in / User > Media > iTunes_Control > Ringtones. The file names differ from the meta tag info, but iTunes imports them fine and displays the correct info.
