Essentially I'm running beejive for 3.0 with push on this new 3GS.

Using a gmail email address I've been able to login and chat.

The issue starts when I try to receive push notifications.

If an address from (youremail@hotmail.com) sends me msn once I've closed the app, I receive nothing.

If an address from (yourmail@gmail.com) sends me an msn msg once I've closed the app, I receive the push notification.

keep in mind my email address for both msn and receipt of push notifies are gmail.com

short version

gmail to gmail works
gmail to hotmail works
hotmail to gmail doesn't work
