Do iPhone 3G(S) come with the same accessories as iPhone 2G?

ill be making the upgrade in a day or so, was wondering are all the accessories the same as far usb 2.0 cable and such? dock and wall charger?

also will car chargers for the 2g work on the 3g(s)?
