gps problem ith 3.0

Hi

I have updated my firmware to 3.0 on iphone 3g. Now the thing is everything is working fine except the maps application. when i click to locate my position it gives me a blue spot but 1 km away from my actual postion This is only happenning after 3.0. I ahve checked this o n apple forums and they too dont have any fix for that. Is ther someone who can help me.

and have any one noticed this coz i have confirmed with other and they too are facing his issue.

1 kilometer is over half a mile. That's not even in the ballpark, especially in a populated area. It's a problem.
