Sold my iphone 2G - Do I include the sim card?

Hello everyone,
It may be a silly question, but do I include the sim card on an unlocked iphone 2G? Is there any way the person can get my personal info or plan from having my old sim?
Thanks for your help and I apologize for a stupid question.

I would not pass it on, keep it. New owner will need one from his carrier anyway.

If it was the original sim it wont have any info on it, But at&t wont let them reuse it if they activate it thru them. They will give them a new one. So doesn't really matter
