Vibrate too loud!

Is there anything that I can do to dial down the intensity of my vibrate. I can't use vibrate in class anymore because I get my phone taken away. I want the vibrate to where only I can feel it. I have 1.1.4

That's weird. I can never feel it during class.

Maybe it's because I have it in my pocket. Who knows..

My 1.1.1 vibrate is far less noisy than my 1.1.3. The 1.1.3 vibrates as if there is something loose inside.
