    Question Missing new features in 3.0???

    Hey guys,

    A while back I saw online that the new 3.0 firmware would have turn-by-turn navigation in maps and a video recorder program. Am I missing something or did they decide not to include these in 3.0?

    The Turn By Turn will be available in the App Store as a 3rd party application. And the video recording is for the 3GS only

    apple blocked, video recording, and voice control from all iphones exceot the 3gs. The turn by turn gps will be a separate app on the appstore (aka tom tom)
