IPCC not installing onto my iPhone, but worked on another iPhone
I am trying to install the ipcc file onto my iPhone, but it won't work, I've tried two different computers. Then I installed it into my brothers phone, and it worked flawlessly. I think it may be a problem with my phone, because back on jailbroken 2.2.1 my phone wouldn't accept carrier setting updates for some reason. Did I mess up my iPhone a long time ago trying to jailbreak it, and is there any way to fix it?
If it helps, the error message I get is (0xE800003D), the page it brought me to doesn't help my problem since I jailbroke it Update and restore error messages on iPhone and iPod touch
Well I found the solution, here it is if anyone else has this problem. AT&T Carrier Logo messes it up somehow I guess, so go into Cydia and remove it. Reboot your phone and update accordingly. You shouldn't get an error message, then go back and reinstall it if you want to.Last edited by RCizzle65; 06-22-2009 at 02:01 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost
