first download the software you are restore (assuming that you are on for example 1.1.2 you want to restore to 1.1.2),
then put the phone into DFU mode by
Step 1. Turn off your iPhone.
Step 2. Hold Power and Home button, the iPhone should now be boot.
Step 3. When you see the Apple logo, release the power button but HOLD the home button.
Step 4. Open iTunes and wait for it to tell you in restore mode.

and itunes will tell you to restore. hold shift and restore (for windows) or option/ALT key (for mac) and select your firmware you just downloaded

so you're on 1.1.3? and you successfully restored it? what was the firmware originally when you bought it? do you know what bootloader you are currently running?
I would suggest to use Ziphone to activation, jailbreak, and unlock, but if you're on 4.6 bootloader, you'll have to downgrade the bootloader.

i assumed you're on 1.1.3 firmware since that's what on your profile. but to check you can go to settings on the iphone>general>about
and scroll down, and your firmware is next to "version"

but anywhoo, what is the state of your phone right now?
